1. Pour 400g of dehydrated attiéké into a container. 2. Add a cup (400ml) of warm water and stir gently until the water is absorbed. 3. Cover and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes (the attiéké returns to its initial volume). 4. Place the attiéké in the couscous maker's strainer. And put everything on a pot containing boiling water. Cover and let steam for 15 minutes.
