1. Add 800ml of water to a saucepan with a handle, then add 400g of placali flour using a spatula.
2. Mix everything well and let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the water over the mixture.

6. Add water as needed toward the end of cooking, depending on the desired texture.
7. Let the dough cook for 15 minutes and serve by forming balls.
